Das Training vermittelt Ihnen ein praktisches Verständnis von AgilePM®. AgilePM ist der Name eines Zertifizierungsprogramms zu Projektmanagement in agilen Projekten, das mit dem Agile Project Framework des Agile Business Consortium abgewickelt wird. Dieses Framework ist eine aktualisierte Version eines der ältesten agilen Systeme wie XP, Crystal und Scrum, und die Personen, die es erstellt haben, gehörten zu denen, die das agile Manifest erstellt haben. Am Ende des Kurses können Sie die AgilePM® Foundation-Prüfung ablegen.
