PMP® (Project Management Professional) ist eine generische Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung von PMI (Project Management Institute). Dieser Kurs basiert auf dem PMBOK®-Leitfaden (Projectmanagement Body of Knowledge Leitfaden) und bereitet optimal auf die PMP® Zertifizierungsprüfung vor.
Zielgruppen
Erfahrene Projektmanager, Consultants sowie Mitarbeiter/-innen, die über umfassende Projektmanagementerfahrung verfügen und die PMI PMP® Zertifizierung anstreben.
Voraussetzungen
Für den Besuch des Trainings: formell keine. Für den Prüfungsantritt müssen bei vorhandenem akademischen Titel 4500 Stunden bzw. ohne akademischen Titel 7500 Stunden Erfahrung in der Führung und Lenkung von Projekten nachgewiesen werden sowie den Besuch eines Trainings mit mindestens 35 Stunden.
